Dabei stehen sowohl die korpuslinguistische Beschreibung des Englischen in seiner gesamten Vielfalt und geschichtlichen Entwicklung (z.B. in regionalen Varietäten, lernersprachlichen Varianten und genrespezifischen historischen Ausprägungen) als auch die Weiterentwicklung der korpuslinguistischen Methodologie im Vordergrund (z.B. neue korpuslinguistische Software).
