de Within the framework of a new strategic partnership between Peter Lang and the international book-printing group CPI, all Peter Lang’s front-list titles will be printed at and distributed from the German CPI location in Birkach as of September 2017. Starting in summer 2018, CPI also takes over on-demand production of all Peter Lang backlist titles. To provide fast delivery to individual markets, Peter Lang will also cooperate with regional PoD suppliers such as Hachette Distribution Services in French-speaking markets. These steps eliminate the need for central warehousing and the availability of Peter Lang titles worldwide is significantly improved.
