New Head of Customer Service at Peter Lang

Juliet Zysset took over the management of Customer Service at Peter Lang in July 2017. In this position, she follows Regina Böhm-Korff, who left the company to pursue other professional opportunities. Zysset brings extensive experience, having worked as a sales manager for OLF (Office du Livre) in bookstores and as a product manager for English-language titles. With her team, she is responsible for all questions concerning the ordering and delivery of the printed and digital products of the publishing group at the Peter Lang headquarters in Switzerland.
