%X Sometimes, good things take time to mature, and scholarship is not something that moves very fast. Older research continues to play a significant role, and further discussions over the years can certainly assist in fine-tuning new ideas or observations. All that applies to the present volume, based on a symposium held at Aarhus University, Denmark, in 2013, with the contributions now updated, revised, and wonderfully illustrated with brilliant images.
