Aiming to answer this question, this scholarly work examines AI tools to prove why AI is pedagogically expedient. The study presents a thoroughgoing analysis of the AI tools: Microsoft Copilot, which assists with searching for information, collaborating on ideas, and creating content, and Speechify, a text-to-speech technology. The work provides an examination of AI-powered English language tutors and the AI language learning platform, the Cathoven Language Hub. Through a bibliometric analysis, the authors concentrated precisely on publications related to the research topic and conducted a detailed review of scientific sources and research trends on AI technologies and their relevance to enhancing information technology and foreign language education.
