Die Reihe “Criminalia“ präsentiert Forschungsergebnisse aus dem Bereich der Rechtswissenschaft. Sie enthält Abhandlungen zu sämtlichen Aspekten des Strafrechts. Unter anderem werden Fragen aus dem Wirtschaftsstrafrecht, der Rechtsvergleichung und dem Strafprozessrecht behandelt. Der Reihenherausgeber Klaus Volk ist Professor für Strafrecht, Wirtschaftsstrafrecht und Strafprozessrecht und arbeitet zudem als Strafverteidiger.
