Die Reihe Positionen der Deutschdidaktik dient der Profilierung und Reflexion der Deutschdidaktik als wissenschaftlicher Disziplin. Sie bietet ein Forum für Positionen im deutschdidaktischen Arbeits- und Handlungsfeld und eröffnet Raum für deren Debatte aus theoretischer und empirischer Perspektive. Theoriegewinnung und Praxisausbildung stehen ebenso im Fokus wie das Zusammenspiel der Deutschdidaktik mit ihren Fach- und Bezugswissenschaften. Im Mittelpunkt steht das disziplinäre Selbstverständnis der Deutschdidaktik: Wie bestimmt sie ihre Rolle zwischen Fachwissenschaft und Erziehungswissenschaft, zwischen Theorie und Empirie, zwischen Anfragen an die Praxisrelevanz und wissenschaftlichem Anspruch? Manuskriptvorschläge an die Herausgeber sind möglich.

Same Baptist Scholars have recognized the need to provide a channel for the publication of academie works, doctoral dissertations, and text books, that can be located In the Baptist tradition or related to present-day Baptist thinking. In the academie publishing market there Is a need both for the author and for the reader - to identify books that belang to a certain tradition. With this series we want to attract authors and manuscripts of high academie quality. And we shall seek to have this series subscribed to by many academie institutions so that we can promise to the authors a wide distribution. One volume has alreacly appeared (Festschrift Günter Wagner) and four other volumes are in the making. Cultural Management and Cultural Policy Education

The series exists to foster critical debate and to publish academic research in the field of cultural management and cultural policy as well as to open up a forum for discussions and debate on the topics of cultural management and cultural policy among scholars, educators, policy makers and cultural managers. It is also intended to provide a reference tool for education and lifelong learning on cultural management and cultural policies. It is becoming more and more evident that education in cultural management and cultural policy cannot and should not be separated from research and being conducted in the field. Since its creation, ENCATC has recognized this need and was always very active in pursuing, publishing, presenting, and disseminating research in arts and cultural management and cultural policy to strengthen the understanding of cultural management and cultural policy issues. Created in 1992, ENCATC is the «European Network of Cultural Administration Training Centers». It is a membership NGO gathering over 100 Higher Educational Institutions and cultural organisations in 40 countries. It holds the status of official partner of UNESCO and of observer to the Steering Committee for Culture of the Council of Europe.

The profiling and promotion of the characteristics of African theology and its independence constitute the intention of the editors of African Theological Studies. The series is open for monographs, anthologies and congress and conference proceedings from all branches of the discipline concerning African theology. Authors from Africa, Europe and, of course, other continents find here an excellent platform for their scientific works. English and French are the series’ languages. La série est ouverte aux monographies, anthologies, actes de colloques etc. de tous les secteurs de la théologie africaine. Des auteurs d'origine africaine ou européenne, mais aussi d'autres continents trouvent ici un excellent support pour la publication de leurs recherches scientifiques. Tous les textes seront revus par les éditeurs. C'est l'intention de cette série de développer les particularités de la théologie africaine et de contribuer à son autonomie. Les langues de publication sont l'Anglais et le Français. Literary and Cultural Theory

The objective of the Literary and Cultural Theory series is to publish works, collections of articles, and conference proceedings which aim at transgressing boundaries of single disciplines and at creating common space within which themes and methodologies of those single disciplines merge and contribute to the production of a novel approach to culture, literature, and philosophy. Within thus conceived area of the humanities we place particular emphasis on: first, interdisciplinarity (both in terms of topics and methodology) and, secondly, on theoretical (or theorizing) approach, i.e., an approach which not only aims at describing cultural and literary phenomena, but also at revealing their mechanisms and multiple interrelationships, visible sometimes only when boundaries of disciplines are transgressed, and when areas of overlap are identified. Those priorities do not exclude publication of volumes within what has traditionally been considered the realm of literary studies, as long as the critical and theorizing attitude is maintained.
