La collection «Histoire de l’énergie» est née du constat de l’éparpillement des publications sur le thème de l’énergie, au moment même où les approches sont en train d’être profondément renouvelées. Le projet scientifique de la collection consiste à rendre compte, par des publications de thèses, d’actes de colloques ou de travaux de recherche, de la diversité des approches scientifiques. L’objectif est de proposer une vaste réflexion sur les différentes énergies, tant pour ce qui est de leur production que de leur consommation. Les acteurs (entreprises, États, consommateurs), les marchés, les modes de vie conduisent à privilégier une approche globale dans laquelle les différentes énergies sont tout à la fois concurrentes et complémentaires.En adoptant ces perspectives volontairement larges, la collection «Histoire de l’énergie» entend servir de point d’ancrage à des travaux académiques et de faciliter leur diffusion. The series «History of Energy» brings together diverse academic publications on questions of energy, at a time when academic approaches are undergoing profound changes. The series aims to show the variety of these approaches by publishing PhD theses, conference proceedings and other research. Actors (such as companies, states and consumers), markets and lifestyles all contribute to the global analysis developed in the series, in which all aspects of energy are considered. The series provides an outlet for new and original contributions to the history of energy.

The series of books entitled Veröffentlichungen des Instituts für Energie- und Regulierungsrecht Berlin, published by the Institute for Energy and Regulatory Law in Berlin, presents studies carried out within the Department of Law. The editor Professor Franz Jürgen Säcker has hereby established a platform for the publication of monographs and anthologies in collaboration with the Free University of Berlin. The series had previously been published as Veröffentlichungen des Instituts für deutsches und europäisches Wirtschafts-, Wettbewerbs- und Regulierungsrecht der Freien Universität Berlin. Die Buchreihe Veröffentlichungen des Instituts für Energie- und Regulierungsrecht Berlin präsentiert Studien aus dem Fachbereich der Rechtswissenschaft. Der Herausgeber Professor Franz Jürgen Säcker, schafft hier in Zusammenarbeit mit der Freien Universität Berlin eine Plattform für Monographien und Sammelbände. Diese Reihe wurde bisher unter dem Titel Veröffentlichungen des Instituts für deutsches und europäisches Wirtschafts-, Wettbewerbs- und Regulierungsrecht der Freien Universität Berlin geführt.

The Studies in Episcopal and Anglican Theology series endeavors to tap into both established and emerging scholars to engage with theological issues that reflect the breadth of thought in their particular Christian traditions. As we move through the early years of the 21st century, it is clear that there have been numerous theological issues and controversies that have occupied the energy and imagination of members of all Christian denominations, including the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion. New Visions of the Cosmopolitan

New Visions of the Cosmopolitan explores how the forces of contemporary social change release a cosmopolitan energy that dilutes the relevance of the nation-state. The «‘transnational turn»’ creates tendencies toward greater world openness. A more pluralist, multi-perspectivist late modernity requires a cosmopolitan research framework capable of illustrating how world histories and futures are intricately connected under these new conditions. This series offers a body of work exploring how cosmopolitan ideas, emerging from encounters between local and global currents, generate impulses towards social, cultural, legal, political and economic transformation. The series invites contributions that focalize this contemporary situation using theories, perspectives and methodologies drawn from multiple disciplines. Of particular, although not exclusive, interest are proposals exploring: transnational visions of justice and solidarity; cosmopolitan publics; researching cosmopolitan worlds; cosmopolitan memory; the cosmopolitics of contemporary global capitalism; borders of the cosmopolitan; cosmopolitanism in the non-western world; security, war and peace in a cosmopolitan age; multiple modernities; divergence and convergence; political culture and multi-level governance. Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy

Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy is a dynamic biological and psychological approach to the theory of mind and human development. It was founded by Mrs Gerda Boyesen, the Norwegian Clinical Psychologist and Reichian Analyst over forty years ago. Its distinctive approach is derived from the psychoanalytical concepts of Freud and Jung and especially Wilhelm Reich. Its methodology is also based upon concepts and practices developed by psychodynamic, humanistic, cognitive, transpersonal, neo-reichian, integrative and other human potential approaches. It considers that the psyche's true potential arises from the alignment of the body, mind, soul and spirit. The profound establishment of spontaneous life movements in the body and mind, and the cognitive, conscious experience of the life energy in each person remains a key focus for all biodynamic theory and practice. The series Biodynamic Psychology and Psychotherapy will present core texts, selected writings and descriptive accounts of academic, clinical and personal experiences related to the biodynamic field. It will include a presentation of the many new, creative, innovative and exciting applications of the biodynamic approach in a variety of settings. Treatment for specific deseases, psychosomatic conditions and pychopathologies will be outlined and discussed from the biodynamic perspective, and the potential for a new understanding of body, mind, spirit and emotion will be introduced. The series will also include specific training manuals, textbooks and research derived from clinical practice in the field. New International Insights/Nouveaux Regards sur l’International

En hommage au fondateur de l’ancienne collection Regards sur l’international, Eric REMACLE, les éditeurs ont proposé de le renommer New International Insights. Leur objectif consiste à inviter les auteurs potentiels à considérer les situations, les études de cas et les dynamiques qu'ils souhaitent analyser et conceptualiser comme innovantes dans un ordre mondial de plus en plus multipolaire, plus que comme une simple continuation des évolutions et des théories passées. C'est l'approche qui caractérise les propres recherches des éditeurs. Plus d'un quart de siècle après la fin de la guerre froide, les innovations constantes eurasiennes, transatlantiques, africaines, asiatiques-pacifiques et panaméricaines remettent en question les conclusions les plus analytiques presque aussitôt qu'elles ont été formulées. Pourtant, il y a un besoin de théorie. Les exemples dépasseraient le cadre de cette brève présentation, mais une illustration valable peut être suggérée: le tournant par lequel une Asie sino-post-soviétique déjà innovante s'est révélée capable, tout en étant au stade de sa première affirmation, d’engager l'Asie du Sud et de construire une relation triangulaire Chine-Russie-India qui bouscule, voire remet en question la plupart des visions existantes de l’Asie, notamment les visions néoréalistes. Les visions traditionnelles cèdent ainsi aux incertitudes contemporaines. Alors que les acteurs non-étatiques provoquent toujours le recul, le retrait ou le trébuchement des États, de nouvelles constructions trans-nationales et même trans-continentales, font «　revenir　» les États, même si c’est autour d’objectifs différents: logistiques et commerciaux, tandis que la coopération militaire apparaît comme une forme datée et remise en question de mise en œuvre de la sécurité . New International Insights vise à équilibrer les publications de livres d'auteurs de toutes origines intellectuelles, occidentales et orientales, d’auteurs du Nord et du Sud. Ce n’est qu’ainsi que l’on pourra espérer faire avancer la vision de ses premiers fondateurs. Un monde post-moderne a besoin d’une épistémologie post-occidentale pour dévoiler sa nouvelle signification. Les manuscrits en science politique et en sciences sociales sont invités à être soumis, de préférence en anglais, entre 450 000 et 650 000 signes, notes et annexes comprises. * * * In tribute to the late founder of the collection, Eric Remacle, the editors have proposed to call this book series New International Insights. The novelty thus pursued consists of inviting prospective authors also to view the situations, case-studies and dynamics they analyse and conceptualise as innovative in an increasingly multipolar world order, more than as a mere continuation of past evolutions and theories. This is the approach characterising the editors' own research. Over a quarter of a century after the end of the cold war, Eurasian as well as Transatlantic, African, Asian-Pacific and pan-American constant innovations question most analytical conclusions almost as soon as they are reached. Yet, there is a need for theory. Examples would exceed the scope of this short presentation but a worthwhile illustration can be suggested: the turning point whereby an already innovative, sino-postsoviet Asia has proven capable, while still in its affirmative stage, to engage South Asia and construct a China-Russia-India triangle that offsets or even jeopardises most existing visions of Asia, notably neo-realist ones. Traditional visions thus yield to contemporary uncertainties. While non-State actors are still causing States to wither, withdraw or falter, new transnational and even transcontinental constructions are bringing States back in, however much around different objectives: logistical and commercial, while military cooperation appears a dated and questionable form of security enforcement. New International Insights aims at balancing book publications among authors of all intellectual origins, western as well as eastern, northern as well as southern. Only in this manner can it hope to take the vision of its early founders one step further. A post-modern world needs post-western epistemology in order to wield its new meaning.
