USING CREATIVITY AND COOPERATION IN STAFF TRAINING
The author uses her experience as both a trainee and a staff trainer to make recommendations that are simple and enjoyable, yet effective. The activities typically take place at the beginning of each semester. Cooperative team building has been found to be effective in developing a creative and collaborative team spirit.
