Bic Ngo is Associate Professor of Culture and Teaching in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Minnesota. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is the author of Unresolved Identities: Discourse, Ambivalence and Urban Immigrant Identities and a recent recipient of the Scholars Award from the William T. Grant Foundation and the Early Career Award from the Committee on Scholars of Color in Education, American Education Research Association.
