MAJOR ETHICAL CHALLENGES FACING QUARTERLIFE STUDENTS WITH PRACTICAL TIPS ON HOW TO UNDERSTAND AND RESOLVE THEM
In part 2, we introduce the major ethical challenges that undergraduate and graduate students of all ages face during this critical time of creating meaning in their lives. We explore the difficult ethical decisions they will need to make in building romantic relationships and surviving complex family dynamics. We look at some of the more serious job/career/vocation concerns of quarterlifers and their ethical implications. We examine some persistent ethical problems that our students face in pursuing a college education at all levels—both inside and outside the classroom.
In addition, we explore some of the major ethical challenges facing quarterlifers when providing service to the community, coming to terms with the quest for social justice and identity formation, and trying to create a healthy, balanced personal life amid the often clashing demands that a number of important constitutencies are making on them at this stage of their lives.
