About the author


Lorenzo Vai is researcher at the Centro Studi sul Federalismo (CSF) in Turin and the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) in Rome, and adjunct lecturer at the University of Turin. Pier Domenico Tortola is director of the EuVisions Observatory and research fellow of the University of Milan. From November 2013 to March 2015 he worked as a researcher at the Centro Studi sul Federalismo (CSF). Nicoletta Pirozzi is senior fellow in the European Affairs area, Insti tutional Relations Coordinator at the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and adjunct professor at “Roma Tre” University in Rome.
