Peremptory Term in the Civil Procedure Law

One of the purposes of civil procedure law is to provide the provision of a subjective right violated regarding private law via courts. The conflict arising between parties is desired to be eliminated via the courts. For this purpose, procedural due process is implemented during the period from the opening of the case and until the finalisation of the judgment (Turkish Supreme Court, Decision of joint chambers, 1964).
