Farmers’ Approaches in the Integration of Cooperatives and Ecotourism

Introduction

Today, gradually increasing environmental problems increase the importance of the sustainable use of natural resources. In this regard, ecotourism comes to the forefront, aiming at protecting nature among other types of tourism. Ecotourism differs from 3S tourism (sea, sun, sand) which is called mass tourism. Ecotourism as a tourism movement is defined as a type of tourism for relatively undisturbed areas, promotes the economic welfare of the rural residents and pollutes natural resources at a minimum.
