Abstract: An international core curriculum for the training of adult educators worldwide has been developed and implemented by DVV International and the DIE to promote the professionalization of adult education that is being called for in all regions of the world. Examples from Uzbekistan and Macedonia show possibilities for implementation and lessons learnt.
