1 Introduction

The social, economic and environmental changes experienced in the world in the international sense, the intense competition in the markets, brought the necessity to keep up with these rapid changes to the countries and companies. Therefore, in general terms, there has been a need to develop various strategies in order to be able to stand one or several steps ahead of its competitors in this competitive environment, whether from countries or companies. At this point, the digital transformation in the industry has gained importance and the revolution of Industry 4.0 has begun to affect the whole world. At this stage, it is evident that the companies that are integrated with the Industry 4.0 concept will be more prominent in the international markets than their competitors. In this respect, especially in developing countries, the effective and rational use of limited resources is also one of the main factors in the solution of economic problems. At this point, in the difficult competition of digital transformation, those who care about the human factor, which is the most important of the endangered resources, touch people, keep up with the change and lead the change will survive.

All these developments have brought about a great debate. The fact that mechanization or technological developments, which we frequently encounter during every transformation, will leave the people unemployed is the beginning of the problems encountered during the digital transformation period.
