Das mobile Gesundheitslabor: Ein Bestandteil des Gesundheitswürfels zur Psychischen Gefährdungs- und Ressourcenbeurteilung im Rahmen des Biozentrisch-betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements


Abstract: The Health Laboratory is a concept which components where developed, in the last years of the 90th during an expedition to the Aconcagua (in Argentina, 6995 m) and several expeditions to the Cho Oyu Mountain (in Tibet, 8206 m) and Pakistan (Gasherbrum 1 and 2 in 1996 and 1997). There the alpinists took a simple measurement tools (e.g., skin response devices HIMEM and questionnaires for estimating their stress states. After the successful measurements in long-term monitoring of the stress behavior, two concepts began to grow in stressful fields: the concept of multilevel psychological diagnostic of psychic risk patterns (Health Cube) with the mobile health laboratory. The chronobiological basics measurement tools were used (i.e., stress-diagnostic test, blood pressure relaxation test) as well as new developments in this fields (skin sensibility) and out of the psycho-neuro-immunological field (Cortisol). In this article the measurement procedures of the Mobile Health Lab are explained and with examples introduced.

Zusammenfassung: Das Gesundheitslabor ist ein Konzept, das in den 90er Jahren während verschiedener Hochgebirgsexpeditionen (in Argentinien, 6995 m; in Tibet, 8206 m; in Pakistan, Gasherbrum 1 und 2 in 1996 und 1997) entwickelt wurde. Dort nutzten die Alpinisten einfache Messinstrumente (z. B. Hautreaktionsgeräte HIMEM und Fragebögen zur Abschätzung ihrer Stresszustände). Nach den erfolgreichen Messungen im Langzeitmonitoring wurde das Konzept der multimethodalen psychologischen Diagnostik psychischer Risikomuster (Gesundheitswürfel) mit dem mobilen Gesundheitslabor entwickelt....
