It measures the development levels of societies not only through the economic indicators but also based on other important aspects of human life such as healthy life, knowledge, and access to information and education. Accordingly, it is necessary to find ways to increase the HDI in developing market economies. To this end, this chapter aims to focus on the financial and macroeconomic factors affecting the HDI were analyzed through the Driscoll and Kraay (1998) standard errors estimators. Therefore, human development accumulation is affected by research and development investments and financial development and such kind of policies should be implemented.
