Since the nineteen eighties, Mr. Fei Xiaotong, sociolo- gist and anthropologist, talked about the question that the Chinese nation needs a "cultural consciousness" for many times. The so-called "cultural consciousness", the most important is to figure out the sequence of events of the national culture, ideological connotation, modern value and future trend.
