Introduction

Individuals are beings, obliged to satisfy their diverse and infinite needs with limited sources. To meet these needs, they require the assistance of others, so groups are formed. In a group, formed to meet whatever demand, someone must take responsibility to show the direction (Sayli & Baytok, 2014, p. 5). The function this person fulfils is called “leadership” and the person is called the “leader.”
