Pastoral and material support of refugees resulted in two new congregations in Salzburg and Linz. Substantial care for parentless youngsters fleeing from Hungary 1956 into Austria developed into a high professional diaconal institution for children and young people with psychologically and socially problems called Zentrum Spattstraße in Linz.
