V sbornike publikujutsja doklady učastnikov meždunarodnoj naučnoj konferencii "Grammatikalizacija i leksikalizacija v slavjanskich jazykach", prochodivšej v Sappoporo s 11 po 14 nojabrja 2011 g. V ramkach konferencii bylo provedeno očerednoe zasedanie komissii po izučeniju grammatičeskogo stroja slavjansich jazykov Meždunarodnogo komiteta slavistov. Parallel'no s rabotoj grammatičeskoj komissii sostojalos' zasedanie sekcii, v kotoroj 24 učastnika konferencii iz 15 stran mira čitali i obsuždali doklady, posvjaščennye izučniju grammatikalizacii i leksikalizacii i svjazannych s nimi javlenij v diachroničeskich, sinchroničeskich, areal'nych i tipologičeskich otnošenijach.
