The Author: Nelly Weiss was born in Zurich. She studied History and Linguistics in Zurich and Geneva and has a special interest in Historical Onomastics. She used to be an active member in various organizations (UNHCR, Iamaneh MCHI, Inter-faith International at UNHCHR) in Geneva.
