Summary

Mitchell Allen (Volume editor) Michael Hughes (Volume editor)

The Editors: Mitchell Allen is Lecturer at Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts, having received his Ph.D. in early modern European history from Boston University. The late Michael Hughes received his Ph.D. in eighteenth-century German history from the School of Slavonic and East European Studies in London and is the author of several books on early modern and modern German topics.
