Associate Lawyer Corporate In-house Publishing

We are seeking a corporate in-house lawyer with a dynamic personality and strong communication skills to deal with a variety of legal requests. You will prepare and review contracts, prepare documents and answer legal requests. You will support team members of different departments to ensure their requirements are reflected in our legal documents. You will work closely with external lawyers and legal advisors in different areas.

Sie werden von uns geschult und eingeführt, verfügen aber bereits über solide Grundkenntnisse in der Buchproduktion und im Projektmanagement.

Publishing Assistant – Chinese

We are looking for a Publishing Assistant with Chinese to join us in supporting the preparation of our publishing projects for production. You will guide authors through manuscript preparation and submission, coordinate peer reviews, check manuscripts for quality, and keep project data accurate in our ERP system. You will work closely with colleagues in various departments, and should have a proactive, critical-thinking approach to managing your work. Training and support will be given, but a self-starter approach is very welcome.

We are looking for a Publishing Success Intern with French and Spanish to support our Publishing Success team. In this role, you will support project coordination, perform quality control on manuscripts and materials, and facilitate multilingual communication between authors, service providers, and internal departments. Training and support will be given, but a solid book production knowledge and experience, and project management skills are required.
