In May 2011, the 25th annual conference of the Croatian Applied Linguistics So- ciety took place at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Osijek. From 12th to 14th May, 144 linguists from Croatia and abroad presented 53 pa- pers and 11 posters on different questions related to applied linguistics.
