This volume presents a series of contributions from the XIX. International Scientific Conference on The Reform of Education and Teacher’s Training on the topic Educational Sciences in Search of Global Identity which was conceived and organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Lithuania, Lithuanian University of Educational Sciences and Heidelberg University of Education (Germany). Main topics of the conference were educational quality standards of Higher and Secondary Education. This kind of quality management relies on the acquisition of interactive competence in socialization and the educational sector. The development of these basic skills is prerequisite for achieving an identity in order to meet the challenges of our society in the coming decade.

Abstract
Surrounding environment, social, political situation has affected our lives. Thus, the all-around individual processes have some impact on its value system. Human social behavior and motives, his control at all times, the researchers were interested in the practical and theoretical point of view. Value orientation system, reflecting the lifestyle characteristics of the public consciousness through the prism, is one of the world of the individual components. Generally speaking, it is found that human behavior is determined the person inside, and psychological characteristics, experience, situational and environmental condition in which the action or interaction, the conditions. Of course, that the internal, psychological characteristics of individual behavior is an important value orientation (dispositions) system. Requests to the overall success of dynamic and sometimes hostile environment, they have formed the world view of the basic provisions of its ‘I’ conservation needs. On the other hand, modern humanism itself is not limited to preservation of humanity, and to disclose personal practices that preserve the humanity of another human being (Buber, 2000), ( Rev.dr.K.Ralys 2013).
