Project management is a field dedicated to the use of available knowledge, methods and resources in order to facilitate effective and efficient execution of unique and temporary (one-off) endeavors (i.e. projects). For at least two decades this domain has faced rapid development and growth. Such bloom results from new challenges for companies from all around the globe which are forced to implement new products and processes to adapt to evolving circumstances. Continuous change has become an issue of utmost importance and projects seem to be the best vehicle to make it happen.
