How can I update IP changes?
For any IP address changes, please send us an email to orders@peterlang.com and we will update your account information accordingly.

In case of access issues, please follow the next steps:
- Click on: https://www.peterlang.com/ipcheck
- Take a screenshot of the page opened at step 1
- Send us the image via email to orders@peterlang.com.
The error message captured in your screenshot enables us to identify the root cause of the problem and take immediate action (e.g., the IP address range associated with your account needs to be updated, an additional IP address version is being used, etc.).
How can I access usage reports?
To access your usage reports:
- Click on Sign in (upper right corner of the website)
- In the section LOGIN For registered customers, enter your customer username (normally your email address) and password
- Go to Library Access, in the Reports subsection
- Download your usage report
If you have forgotten your password, click on Forgot password? and enter your email address to request a new password.
