Introductory Remarks

The rapid development of Biblical research in Greece during the 20th century and more precisely during its latter half is evident in the bibliographic explosion of works related to the field. In fact, Greek biblical bibliography presents an exceptional increase in pace during the second half of the 20th century. The reasons that contributed to this numeric and no less qualitative expansion are, in my opinion, the following:
