You will work closely with colleagues in various departments, and should have a proactive, critical-thinking approach to managing your work. Training and support will be given, but a self-starter approach is very welcome.

Wir suchen eine *n Publishing Assistant, der uns bei der Vorbereitung unserer Verlagsprojekte für die Produktion unterstützt. Sie begleiten Autorinnen und Autoren bei der Manuskriptvorbereitung und -einreichung, koordinieren Peer Reviews, prüfen Manuskripte auf Qualität und pflegen die Projektdaten sorgfältig in unserem ERP-System. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammen und sollten eine proaktive, analytische Denkweise bei der Organisation Ihrer Aufgaben mitbringen. Eine Einarbeitung und Unterstützung werden geboten, dennoch ist eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise sehr willkommen.

Publishing Success Intern – French/ Spanish
We are looking for a Publishing Success Intern with French and Spanish to support our Publishing Success team. In this role, you will support project coordination, perform quality control on manuscripts and materials, and facilitate multilingual communication between authors, service providers, and internal departments. Training and support will be given, but a solid book production knowledge and experience, and project management skills are required.
Publishing Success Manager – German
We are looking for a Publishing Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for a successful author relationship and book production, from manuscript submission to publication. They act as a link between the author and various departments (editing, design, distribution, marketing, etc.) and ensure the timely delivery of our services, compliance with the publication schedule and the satisfaction of our authors. They are able to coordinate and promote a wide variety of simultaneous book productions at the same time. Your proactive and solution-oriented way of working will help you with this. You will be trained and introduced by us, but you already have a solid basic knowledge of book production and project management.
