Literatura, diálogos y redes trasatlánticas aspira a contribuir a la comprensión de los fenómenos literarios hispanoamericanos desde perspectivas interdisciplinares y transdisciplinares que, a su vez, aporten lecturas e interpretaciones dialógicas y en las que converjan otras manifestaciones artísticas, sociales y culturales, pero estudiadas a partir de los diálogos y de las redes de conocimiento que han nutrido la producción literaria en el mundo hispanoamericano. Los autores partimos de la existencia de un diálogo trasatlántico, trasnacional y transdisciplinar, el cual permite vislumbrar un sistema de red intelectual que ha existido entre los escritores hispanoamericanos desde Cervantes y que se ha proyectado con el paso del tiempo al campo de las disciplinas literarias y artísticas.

Abstract: Textual criticism and the methodology for making critical editions seek to offer readers reliable academic editions regarding the legacy that an author leaves in his work, which may suffer variations over time due to inadequate textual transmission. In the case of the novels La Casa de las dos Palmas and Los invocados, by the Colombian writer Manuel Mejía Vallejo, we have consulted the genetic material contained in the author’s typewriter to propose a critical edition of each of the works. Applying the principles of textual criticism and genetic criticism, we seek to recover the process of creation of the writer to move from one typewriter version to another and from these to the published testimonies, whose traceability allowed to identify the need to present a new edition that will recover its literary heritage and present to the readers editions that restore the form and the dispositions that Mejía Vallejo had as a legacy for his narrative works.
