Abstract Human interaction is present in all parts of life. Every communication has its purpose which is formed with communication and interaction in organisations and society. Human beings form the foundation of organisations. By forming and providing the continuity of an organisation, humans form the basics of all institutions. The success in organisations is achieved by managers and workers. It has been confirmed that there is an increase in workers’ performance and their respect towards their superiors as the care and interest towards the workers by the administration increases. It’s indicated that successful communication skills play a big role in organisational achievements. The key to organisational achievement lies in effective and positive communication. Our personality, behaviour, emotions, and thoughts are directly controlled by our brains. One must keep in mind that cultural, historical, and biological structures form unity. Althouh female and male brains are different, we mustn’t ignore the fact that female brains can imbody some male characteristics and vice versa.
