"La collection Etudes genevoises sur l’Antiquité – EGeA est rattachée au Département des sciences de l’Antiquité de l’Université de Genève, Faculté des lettres, et publiée avec l’appui d’un comité de lecture international. La série propose des monographies, des ouvrages collectifs et des actes de colloques scientifiques issus de recherches du Département des sciences de l’Antiquité de l’Université de Genève ou des ouvrages présentant une contribution substantielle du Département. La série couvre tous les domaines représentés au sein du Département, avec une ouverture sur d’autres domaines avoisinants. Les domaines privilégiés sont notamment l’Archéologie classique, l’Egyptologie et le copte, le Grec ancien, l’Histoire ancienne, l’Histoire des religions, le Latin et les langues et civilisations de la Mésopotamie. "

La série couvre tous les domaines représentés au sein du Département des sciences de l’Antiquité de l’Université de Genève, avec, dans l’intérêt de l’interdisciplinarité, une ouverture sur d’autres domaines avoisinants. "From Antiquity to Modernity: Studies on Middle Eastern and Asian Societies is a series focusing on aspects central to Middle Eastern, Central Asian, and South Asian societies in the past and the present. It is designed to contribute toward better understandings of those important regions’ peoples. Original research within the disciplines of anthropology, archeology, art history, cultural studies, economics, history, history of science, international relations, languages, literatures, politics, religions, and sociology will be published. Interdisciplinary, cross-disciplinary, and multidisciplinary studies are welcome as well. So are ones that advance methodologies relating to complexities of the Middle East, Central Asia, and South Asia. Manuscripts can be single- authored or co-authored; edited volumes that form a cohesive body of knowledge will be considered, too. Each book-length manuscript will undergo editorial and peer review prior to acceptance for publication. Individual volumes in From Antiquity to Modernity are of particular value to individuals studying and investigating the Middle East and Asia at universities, think tanks, and governmental and nongovernmental agencies while also being of interest to the general educated reader. Early Christianity in the Context of Antiquity

The series ECCA (Early Christianity in the Context of Antiquity) seeks to publish monographs and edited volumes that take as their theme early Christianity and its connections with the religion(s) and culture(s) of antiquity and late antiquity. Special attention is given to the interactions between religion and culture, as well as to the influences that diverse religions and cults had on one another. Works published in ECCA extend chronologically from the second century B.C.E. to the fifth century C.E. and geographically across the expanse of the Roman empire and its immediate neighbors. Prior to publication, the quality of the work published in this series is reviewed by the editors of the series and by members of the academic advisory board. Dabei gilt das besondere Augenmerk den Wechselwirkungen, die Religion und Kultur aufeinander ausüben, sowie den Einflüssen, die die verschiedenen Religionen und Kulte aufeinander hatten. Zeitlich erstrecken sich die in ECCA publizierten Arbeiten auf das 2. Jh. v. Chr. bis zum 5. Jh. n.Chr., geographisch auf den Raum des imperium Romanum und seiner unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Die Qualität der in dieser Reihe erscheinenden Arbeiten wird vor der Publikation durch die Herausgeber der Reihe sowie durch Mitglieder des Wissenschaftlichen Beirates geprüft.
