International Bonhoeffer Interpretations

This series on the theology of Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945) seeks to offer what its title promises by presenting interpretations of his thought from international perspectives. The term interpretation is meant to indicate both careful analysis of Bonhoeffer’'s texts and the creative exploration of his theological ideas in order to gauge their relevance for contemporary issues of interpretation, religion, politics, and culture. The editors hope that this series will promote greater awareness of Bonhoeffer’'s international significance and facilitate research from a variety of cultural and disciplinary perspectives. The series IBI will include the conference proceedings of the annual International Bonhoeffer Colloquia (IBC) which are organized by the editors of the series. These colloquia concentrate on different aspects of Bonhoeffer’'s theology and try to coordinate the international network of Bonhoeffer projects. Their focus is the exchange and cooperation among younger research fellows dealing with the theology of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. The new series will also include monographs and essay collections which reflect on the new perspectives Bonhoeffer’'s theology opens up for current challenges experienced by an increasingly international global community.

This series focuses on the political, economic and cultural changes in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. It offers a platform for inter-disciplinary research on this multifaceted part of the world. The focus lies mainly on current and recent developments in societies and political systems; but research on cultural and historical backgrounds has its place here, too. The range of disciplines includes political science, history, and social anthropology, but also philosophy, cultural studies, and literary criticism. The articles are written in English.

Die Buchreihe “Schriften zum Verfahrensrecht“ publiziert zu Themen aus dem Bereich Rechtswissenschaft. Sie enthält dabei Monographien zu dem umfangreichen Spektrum des Verfahrensrechts mit Fokus auf dem Schiedsverfahrensrecht, der Insolvenz, dem Schuldrecht sowie dem Arbeitsrecht. Die Studien und Fallbeispiele stehen dabei oft im internationalen oder im EU-Rechts-Kontext.

Die Reihe «Slavica Helvetica» ist das gemeinsame Publikationsforum schweizerischer SlavistInnen aus 7 Universitäten zu linguistischen, literatur- und kulturwissenschaftlichen Themen. Erforscht werden z.B. russische und polnische Moderne und Gegenwartsliteratur, die Geschichte der Sprachwissenschaft in der Sowjetunion und in Tschechien, Beziehungen slavischer Autoren zur Schweiz, Ökologie in der Sowjetunion, etc. Aufgenommen werden Werke in deutscher, französischer, englischer und russischer Sprache.
