Radical Animal Studies and Total Liberation

The Radical Animal Studies and Total Liberation book series branches out of Critical Animal Studies (a field co-founded by Anthony J. Nocella II) with the argument that criticism is not enough. Action must follow theory. This series demands that scholars are engaged with their subjects both theoretically and actively via radical, revolutionary, intersectional action for total liberation. Founded in anarchism, the series provides space for scholar-activists who challenge authoritarianism and oppression in their many daily forms. Radical Animal Studies and Total Liberation promotes accessible and inclusive scholarship that is based on personal narrative as well as traditional research, and it is especially interested in the advancement of interwoven voices and perspectives from multiple radical, revolutionary social justice groups and movements such as Black Lives Matter, Idle No More, Earth First!, the Zapatistas, ADAPT, prison abolition, LGBTTQQIA rights, disability liberation, Earth Liberation Front, Animal Liberation Front, political prisoners, radical transnational feminism, environmental justice, food justice, youth justice, and Hip Hop activism.

The series Chrono-bio-psychological Basics in Education and Health includes research on the topic of chrono-bio psychology. It combines disciplines of chronobiology, the chrono-medicine, and the chrono-psychology and explains their tasks related to health management and education. The central theme is recording and evaluating anchored in biological systems periodic processes of various body functions. The publications of the series will focus on the interrelationships between health, illness and the performance of the people. So they looked into such phenomena as burnout and black out, exhaustion, overload inhibition and hypersensitivity too. All parts are characterized by the fact that they are includes with practical examples. Die Reihe Chrono-bio-psychologische Grundlagen in Bildung und Gesundheit enthält Forschungsarbeiten zum Themengebiet der Chrono-Bio-Psychologie. Sie verbindet Fachgebiete der Chronobiologie, der Chronomedizin und der Chronopsychologie und erläutert deren Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit Gesundheitsmanagement und Bildung. Zentrales Thema ist die Erfassung und Bewertung der in biologischen Systemen verankerten periodischen Vorgänge verschiedenster Körperfunktionen. Die Publikationen der Reihe konzentrieren sich auf die Wechselbeziehungen zwischen Gesundheit und Krankheit und der Leistungsfähigkeit des Menschen. So befassen sie sich u. a. mit Phänomenen wie Burnout und Blackout, Erschöpfung, Überlastungshemmung und Hypersensibilität. Alle Arbeiten zeichnen sich dadurch aus, dass sie mit Beispielen aus der Praxis arbeiten.
