Die Studien zum europäischen Privat- und Prozessrecht, herausgegeben von Professor Marina Wellenhofer, enthalten ausgesuchte Studien aus dem Bereich der Rechtswissenschaft. Die thematischen Schwerpunkte decken unter anderem die juristischen Fachgebiete des Familienrechts, Sachenrechts, Gesellschaftsrechts, Vertragsrechts und Immobilienrechts ab und schaffen somit eine umfassende Plattform für die Veröffentlichung von Forschungsergebnissen zu verschiedenen Rechtsgebiete.
