Die Reihe "Dies Academicus" befasst sich mit Fragestellungen aus dem Gebiet der Theologie und der Philosophie. In Sammelbänden und Monographien eröffnet sie einen Einblick in die zeitgenössische Religionsphilosophie. In den Schriften werden dabei auch wissenschaftstheoretische Aspekte aus der Perspektive der Theologie beleuchtet. Herausgeber sind der Theologe Professor Marian Christof Gruber und der Philosoph Professor Wolfgang Wehrmann.

Sächsische Beiträge zur Literatur- und Ideengeschichte

In den Sächsischen Beiträgen zur Literatur- und Ideengeschichte stehen Literatur- und Ideengeschichte nicht isoliert im geistigen Raum, sondern sind Komponenten der Geschichte der Gesellschaft. So ist die Literaturgeschichte im Verständnis der Herausgeber Teil einer gesellschaftlich-historisch orientierten Literaturwissenschaft, die Werkinterpretation und Literaturtheorie einschließt. Angestrebt wird, über den traditionellen Begriff nationaler Literaturen hinaus, eine Orientierung auf Weltliteratur. Ideengeschichte wird in einem umfassenden Sinn verstanden: bezogen auf ideelle Artikulationen in Künsten, Mythos, Religion und Philosophie. Diese werden als gesellschaftliche Bewusstseinsformen aufgefasst. In den Zusammenhang solcher Aufgabenstellung gehört auch die theoretische Grundlagenforschung: so Studien zur Theorie ideeller Artikulationen, des Bewusstseins, der Kultur und der Künste. Bis Band 69 wurde die Reihe von Wolfgang Beutin und Thomas Metscher herausgegeben und erschien unter dem Titel Bremer Beiträge zur Literatur- und Ideengeschichte. La collection Doctorats, sciences et carrières publie des ouvrages en anglais et en français en vue de nourrir le débat international sur les conditions de la recherche et de la formation à la recherche, l’expérience des chercheur∙e∙s, l’insertion professionnelle des docteur∙e∙s, le genre et la science, les instruments de régulation et leurs effets sur les pratiques et cultures scientifiques. D’autres problématiques émergentes sont susceptibles d’être étudiées dans les publications de cette collection. En effet, la Science, par ses contributions, découvertes, risques et espoirs, fait l’objet d’une forte attention publique et de nombreux débats tant à une échelle nationale qu’internationale. Au début du XXIe siècle, s’observe une préoccupation grandissante pour l’expérience de la formation doctorale et du travail scientifique ainsi que pour les conditions de leur réalisation. Le devenir professionnel des chercheur∙e∙s est également en mutation, en raison de la croissance rapide du nombre de doctorant∙e∙s et de postdoctorant∙e∙s, de la féminisation des carrières académiques (certes toujours singulièrement limitée), et de la transformation de la régulation de la Science et des universités. À travers des thématiques variées et des angles disciplinaires différents (histoire, droit, gestion, psychologie, sociologie, éducation…), cette collection vise à accueillir ces résultats de recherche et, ce faisant, à alimenter la réflexivité du monde de la recherche sur lui-même.

New Studies in European Cinema

With its focus on new critical, theoretical, and cultural developments in contemporary film studies, this series encourages lively analytical debate within an innovative, multidisciplinary, and transnational approach to European cinema. It aims to create an expansive sense of where the borders of European cinema may lie and to explore its interactions and exchanges within and between regional and national spaces, taking into account diverse audiences and institutions. The series reflects the range and depth of European cinema, while also attempting to revise and extend its importance within the development of cinema studies in the coming decades. Of particular interest is how European cinema may respond to the challenges of digital distribution and the new intermedial landscape, evolving issues in transnational funding and production, the significance of film festival culture, and questions of multivocality and pluralism at a time of global crisis. The impact of all such developments upon European culture and identity will be of fundamental interest in the coming decades and the New Studies in European Cinema series makes a key contribution to this debate. Proposals for monographs and edited collections are welcome. All proposals and manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer review assessment prior to publication.

Studien zur interkulturellen Geschichte des Christentums / Etudes d'histoire interculturelle du christianisme / Studies in the Intercultural History of Christianity

The series “Studies in the Intercultural History of Christianity” operates in an area that includes the disciplines of missiology, history of religions, ecumenics and intercultural theology. Using historical, socio-cultural and theoretical approaches it addresses the question of the identity of local and global Christianity. This is done in the light of the continuing transformations (e.g. technology, globalization, migration, ecology) and the living together of people of different faiths and persuasions in the human community. La série « Etudes de l’Histoire Interculturelle du Christianisme » étudie les points de rencontre entre missiologie, science des religions, œcuménisme et théologie interculturelle. En utilisant les approches théoriques de l’histoire et des sciences sociales, elle fournit des éléments de réponse à la question de l’identité du christianisme local et global. Pour ce faire, elle prend en considération aussi bien les transformations profondes (p. ex. technologie, globalisation, migration, écologie), que la reconnaissance de ceux qui pensent et croient d’une manière différente, le tout en relation avec l’avenir de l’humanité. Die Reihe “Studien zur interkulturellen Geschichte des Christentums” arbeitet im Überschneidungsgebiet von Missions- und Religionswissenschaft, Ökumenik und Interkultureller Theologie. In historischer, sozialwissenschaftlicher und theoretischer Erforschung verfolgt sie die Frage der Identität des lokalen und globalen Christentums. Sie tut dies in Anerkennung grundlegender Transformationen (z.B. Technisierung, Globalisierung, Migration, Ökologie), der Bezugnahme auf die Andersdenkenden und Andersglaubenden und im Blick auf die Zukunft der Menschheit.
