Nowadays, an end-to-end industrial transformation called Industry 4.0 sets new goals for manufacturing and impacts on business outcomes. With some of its characteristic elements such as IoT (Internet of Things), digital twin simulation models, advanced robots, big data analytics, and virtual/augmented reality, Industry 4.0 is «de facto» going further. The book aims to provide relevant theoretical frameworks and the latest empirical research findings in the area of Management Information Systems (MIS) with the scope of Industry 4.0. The strategic role of Industry 4.0 in the distributed business environment and the necessity to protect and properly utilize its key elements at different levels of organizations as well as in society are discussed.

Issues Regarding Deployment of IPv6 and Business Model Canvas for IPv6
Today, importance of data is indisputable reality. The main goal in all new or planned technological studies is to collect, store and evaluate this data correctly. The concept of IoT (Internet of Things) that entered into our lives for the past few years has been very popular and taken technological studies to a whole new level. Briefly, IoT is the inter-networking of physical devices, which are permanently connected and communicated with each other or with larger systems. According to the American Federal Trade Commission, IoT refers to the ability of everyday objects to connect to the Internet and to send and receive data. All kinds of monitoring devices, sensors, biochips or access mechanisms are considered as Things. In other words, these Things need to have a network interface card (NIC) to communicate with each other. This applies not only to Things but also to all devices that communicate over the Internet.
IPv4 is the address that devices using the TCP/IP protocol use to exchange data over the network. The 32 bits wide address provides about 4.5 billion different addresses. This infrastructure, which was completed of its development in 1980, started to be inadequate due to both misallocation of resources and the rapid increase of the internet-using device population.
