Der Gesundheitswürfel: Ein Instrument zur Psychischen Gefährdungs- und Ressourcenbeurteilung im Rahmen des Biozentrischen und Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements in Unternehmen und Institutionen
Abstract: The Health Cube is a scientifically evaluated instrument of reflection and evidence-based intervention in the context of the Biocentric Occupational Health management and Workplace Health Promotion. It can be used to detect factors that hinder employee health in companies and institutions, as well as of other target groups (e.g. teachers, professional drivers and use in crisis areas). There are different versions for use: in group discussions, as questionnaires, as a biofeedback cube for the self-control of physiological stress states. There are six levels of cubes to make evidence-based analyzes with a traffic light system for people and institutions to necessary behavioral and health interventions: (1) work factors, (2) psychobiological states, (3) stress-psychological reactions, (4) internal and external resources, (5) biocentric health parameters, and (6) behavioral and environmental prevention and health promotion. In the process, an individual’s intrinsic motivation towards health and life (so called Biocentric Health Commitment, Self-care) is developed in order to remain healthy without simply imitating the company’s health goals. The mobile health diagnostic laboratory (level 2) in the health cube is based on the development of chrono-bio-psychological as well as on nutritional and movement diagnostic and psycho-neuro-immunological procedures. The concept is constantly being scientifically evaluated and developed and used nationally and internationally.
Keywords: risk assessment of mental stress, biocentric occupational health management, evidence-based workplace biocentric health promotion, complex research tool of work and organizational psychology
