Employees’ Perception of Ethical Leadership: A Research on Tourism Establishments: Melda Akbaba
Abstract In this research, it was aimed to determine the level of ethical leadership perception of employees who are employed in tourism sector. For this purpose, questionnaire was applied to 390 employees working in five-star hotel establishments in Antalya. Descriptive statistics, t test and ANOVA analysis were performed using the data obtained from the survey. As a result of the analysis conducted in this study, which aims to determine the level of ethical leadership perceptions of employees in tpurism enterprises, it is seen that the ethical leadership perceptions of employees employed in tourism enterprises are above the average. According to the results of the analysis, no significant difference was found between the gender and the department employees work in and ethical leadership perception. However, a significant difference was found between the age of the employees participating in the study, the duration of employment in the tourism sector, and the perception of ethical leadership.
