This volume presents a series of contributions from the XXIst International Scientific Conference on «The Reform of Education and Teacher’s Training» on the topic «Cultures of Thinking and Learning in the Scientific Dialogue». The articles consider new educational standards of Higher and Secondary Education. The acquisition of interactive competence in scientific research and the educational sector is a prerequisite for achieving an identity in order to meet the challenges of our society in the coming decade.

Children and Parents Moral Relations in the New Century and Modern Family in Lithuania
Abstract: With significant changes in family relationships, Lithuania began the twentieth century. At the end, manifested rapid, large-scale changes are consistent with changes in birth rates. Former fertility model, distinguished children’s marital domination, first procreation of children at a younger age, and ensured that times change, replaced by a new model, having illegitimate children is growth delay childbearing age and low about fold change in fertility levels. Although love relationships, marriage and children are still recognized by the values of these changes affected the educational concept of the family of the child as a value perception. It is therefore relevant to assess the readiness of modern families, creating of marriage and family and to improve it. Usually seen as a preparation of young people for the first marriage, it is equally relevant as a preparation for life, and becomes a second marriage while raising children, which is still, insufficiently explored, empirically and theoretically generalized. Approach to the education of children in the second marriage study presented article. The study included individuals who want to start a family and build long-term relationships.
