Ironie als Infragestellung der Leitkultur?
The definition of irony has evolved in very different ways in the course of time: from the Socratic irony, going through the rhetorical definition of irony as antiphrasis or the romantic irony, to an irony challenging the gravity of reality. Why have theoreticians over and over used this word to describe such varied concepts? The common denominator could be an existing tension between a dominant culture/point of view and an alternative one.
