Ulrike Gut (Author)

The Author: Ulrike Gut holds the Chair of Applied English Linguistics at the University of Augsburg (Germany). She obtained degrees in English, psychology and linguistics from the University of Mannheim (Germany) and the University of Cambridge (England), her doctoral degree from the University of Mannheim and her postdoctoral degree (Habilitation) from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau (Germany). Her main research interests are phonetics, varieties of English and second language acquisition.
