It is a great pleasure and honour for us to welcome you to this special issue on higher education as public good. The special issue is part of a cross-society collaboration between Philosophy and Theory of Higher Education Society (PaTHES) and Philosophy of Education Society Australasia (PESA), and their two associated journals
