©2026 Edited Collection XXX, 736 Pages

Summary

Rethinking Business for a World in Transition explores how artificial intelligence and sustainability are reshaping the foundations of work, leadership, and education. As technological acceleration collides with social and environmental urgency, traditional business models and learning systems are no longer enough.
This book offers a clear, forward-looking guide for leaders, educators, policymakers, and professionals navigating uncertainty. It examines how AI is transforming skills, decision-making, and organisational design, while sustainability redefines value, purpose, and long-term success. Bridging theory with real-world insight, the book challenges readers to rethink growth, redefine human work, and redesign education for a future that is both intelligent and responsible. Practical, thought-provoking, and globally relevant, Rethinking Business for a World in Transition is a call to build systems that are adaptive, ethical, and fit for a rapidly changing world—where technology serves humanity, and progress is measured by impact as much as innovation.
