Contributions to English and American Literary Studies (CEALS)

Contributions to English and American Literary Studies provides visibility for excellent work on English, American and Anglophone literatures. The series publishes monographs and thematically focused volumes by emerging as well as established scholars engaged in exploring literary writing from the early modern period to the present as a rich imaginary form of cultural, political, and intellectual analysis. Open to a variety of theories and methods, CEALS is dedicated to strengthening the scholarly discussion of literary texts and their interconnections with cultural and historical, transatlantic and global contexts. Book proposals are welcome and may be submitted to the editors. All publications will be peer reviewed. Editorial board: Martine W.
