Kontraste/Contrastes

Cette collection est conçue comme un forum à destination des germanistes francophones et des francoromanistes germanophones travaillant en linguistique contrastive et désireux de publier des résultats de recherche innovants. Les objets de recherche peuvent concerner tous les niveaux d’analyse traditionnels en linguistique, du mot à la phrase et du texte au discours. Dépourvue ’d’apriori méthodologiques, cette collection attache une grande importance au fondement empirique des travaux présentés, par exemple à travers une définition rigoureuse du tertium comparationis et le recours à des corpus pertinents qu’il s’agisse de textes parallèles (traduits) ou de textes comparables. Des travaux d’inspiration traductologique autour du couple de langues francais-allemand sont également les bienvenus. Peuvent être acceptés, en français et en allemand, aussi bien les monographies (y compris les thèses de doctorats et les habilitations) que les ouvrages collectifs (y compris les actes de colloques à la condition sine qua non d’avoir fait l’objet d’un travail éditorial approfondi garantissant une cohérence à l’ensemble). Tous les manuscrits feront l’objet d’une expertise en aveugle par le comité scientifique. Die jeweiligen Untersuchungsgegenstände können auf allen traditionellen linguistischen Beschreibungsebenen angesiedelt sein: Wort, Satz, Äußerung, Text und Diskurs. Methodologisch offen legt die Reihe eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit auf die empirische Fundierung der angebotenen Arbeiten, etwa durch ein genau definiertes tertium comparationis und durch den Rückgriff auf aussagekräftige parallele (d.h. übersetzte) bzw. vergleichbare Korpora. Übersetzungswissenschaftlich angelegte Studien zum Sprachenpaar Deutsch-Französisch sind auch willkommen. Aufgenommen werden können Manuskripte auf Deutsch bzw. Französisch, in Form von Monographien (auch Qualifikationsarbeiten) und Sammelbänden (Tagungsakten werden nur berücksichtigt, wenn eine editorische Nachbearbeitung seitens des Bandherausgebers vorliegt und der Band als kohärentes Ganzes erscheint). The series Eastern European Cultures, Politics and Societies is devoted to the social issues that have been shaping the life of the post-communist European sphere. The specificity of the region and its continuous exposure to radical changes makes it a fascinating object of study. This is one of the reasons it attracts excellent researchers and writers. We published books by historians, sociologists, anthropologists, and literary, feminist and cultural scholars. We are planning to continue this interdisciplinary, cutting-edge work.

The series “Societies and States in Transformation” offers an interdisciplinary forum for investigations of radical changes in world history with their concomitant social, political, cultural, and economic upheavals. Focus is thus laid on people and societies, both as actors and agencies in processes of transformation and as objects of such changes. These issues are addressed not only in the context of the intense ideological, institutional, and sociological shifts of the 20th Century, but also from deeper historical perspectives, and with a concern for processes currently emerging on the global horizon. The series thus deals with the various forms of expression in time and space that reflect the reactions to the challenges posed by epochal change brought about by the affected societies and nations. It includes works from historical and political science, sociology, socio-cultural anthropology, and cultural studies with the aim of facilitating interdisciplinary communication and interaction. Volume 25 concludes the series. Die Publikationsreihe "Gesellschaften und Staaten im Epochenwandel" bietet ein interdisziplinäres Forum für Beiträge, die auf die großen Umbrüche in der Weltgeschichte mit ihren sozialen, politischen, kulturellen und wirtschaftlichen Verwerfungen fokussieren. Mensch und Gesellschaften stehen hierbei sowohl als Handelnde als auch als Objekt von Transformationsprozessen im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung, die über den Paradigmenwechsel in der jüngeren Vergangenheit Europas hinaus auch aktuelle Prozesse einer zunehmend global vernetzten Welt ins Blickfeld nimmt. Thema der Reihe sind damit die unterschiedlichen Ausdrucksformen in Raum und Zeit, in denen sich die Reaktionen der betroffenen Gesellschaften und Staaten auf die Herausforderungen epochalen Wandels zeigen. In diesem interdisziplinären Feld korrespondieren und interagieren Analysen der Geschichts- und Politikwissenschaft, von Soziologie, Ethnologie und Kulturwissenschaft. Band 25 schließt die Reihe ab.

Until the publication of volume 21 the title of the series was "Polish Contemporary Philosophy and Philosophical Humanities". The series aspires to present a wide and relevant overview of best Polish works in philosophy and philosophical parts of the major fields of the humanities: political and social sciences, history, religious studies or what is named in Poland "the history of ideas". The subsequent editions of books within this series are either re-editions of the works previously published in non-Polish versions, or new translations from Polish. Some books contain extended works, other ones provide collections of smaller papers. Some of the authors presented in the series are widely acknowledged and regarded to be the "classics" of Polish intellectual life in the second half of the 20th Century, others are recognized as outstanding professors today. The quality and fame of the works and authors presented in the series are the only criteria for inclusion. The series is open to all streams of Polish philosophy: from analytical philosophy, through phenomenology and hermeneutics, to existential or religious philosophies. Also the word "philosophy" should be understood very widely in this case.

Its titles and topics present significant works of the Research Centre of the Slovenian Academy of Sciences and Arts (ZRC SAZU) whose multidisciplinary structure brings together philosophy, social anthropology, archaeology, general and cultural history, art history, musicology, linguistics, literary studies, sociology, ethnology, folklore, and geography. The aim of the series is to publish in-depth studies in the humanities and social sciences produced not only by ZRC SAZU but also by other scholars from Slovenia and elsewhere.
