Die Reihe Beiträge zum UN-Kaufrecht veröffentlicht aktuelle Studien zum Weltkaufrecht (CISG), das die Vereinten Nationen geschaffen haben und das heute die zentrale Rechtsgrundlage für den deutschen Außenhandel, aber auch für den Außenhandel zahlreicher anderer Staaten darstellt. Die Herausgeber der Reihe sind führende Experten in diesem Rechtsgebiet. Prof. Dr. Ulrich Magnus ist Professor (em.) an der Universität Hamburg und Research Affiliate am Max-Planck-Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privatrecht in Hamburg. Neben seiner Forschungs- und Lehrtätigkeit war er Richter am Hanseatischen Oberlandesgericht. Prof. Dr. Peter Mankowski ist Geschäftsführender Direktor des Seminars für ausländisches und internationales Privat- und Prozessrecht der Universität Hamburg. Prof. Dr. Ingo Saenger ist Direktor des Instituts für Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht der Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster und war im Nebenamt Richter am Oberlandesgericht Hamm.
