The volume provides a collection of research papers in the area of management and organization on a wide range of topics including job alienation, whistleblowing, responsible leadership, cyberloafing, job crafting, organizational trust and career satisfaction.
Within the limited pages of this book, we have tried to address some of the concepts and issues that have been discussed in the field of management and organization in recent years—of course not all. A total of 28 authors contributed to our work. I thank all of them.
In the context of this book, readers are encouraged to focus on new career approaches and emotional work; they will come up with a lot of human resource concepts from job alienation to whistleblowing. In the area of organizational behavior, they will examine topics such as responsible leadership, cyberloafing, job crafting, organizational trust, and career sales. Organizational DNA about the organization will offer a perspective.
The book is waiting for you with these topics and more.
Views and ideas expressed in parts of this book represent the personal thoughts of the authors and may be used as a reference. And I would like to thank the staff of Peter Lang Publishing House for their rigorous work and assistance.
